Innomot AG was registered in the Register of Companies for the Canton of Lucerne on 17th March 1998 in Knutwil. At the time of its founding, share capital amounted to 552,000 Swiss Francs, split between 510 voting shares and 501 ordinary shares. All shares are registered shares not freely transferable. Since that time, four further capital increases have taken place. The share capital currently amounts to 2,471,500 Swiss Francs, split between 23,300 voting shares and 22,385 registered shares.
